如果我們的學校系統是一艘渡輪，那麽學生就是乘客，教師是指引航向的領航員，學校及總部的行政人員和工作人員則是保證渡輪順暢運行的船員。家長和社區成員就像岸邊的支持團隊，負責在旅程開始前准備和歡迎乘客，旅程結束後給予關懷和支持。學校委員會則如同燈塔和指南針，幫助確定方向，確保航程符合共同的價值觀，並監督整個系統履行使命：讓每一位學生都能安全、愉快且成功地抵達他們的目的地。
但真正關鍵的是：一個以公平為核心的教育體系，必須看見每位學生的獨特背景，回應其多元而真實的需求。這樣的系統不是錦上添花的選擇，而是引領這艘渡輪穩健前行的唯一方向——讓所有學生在旅程中取得卓越的學術成就、培養健康的身心發展，並為終身成長奠定堅實根基。 每一個 學習者——這不是可選的。這是確保渡輪到達目的地的唯一方法： 讓所有學生在旅程中取得卓越的學術成就、培養健康的身心發展，並為終身成長奠定堅實根基。.
