一個系統是否強大，取決於它是否有能力服務每一位乘客，不論他們的路線為何。.
如果我們的學校系統是一艘渡輪，那麼學生就是乘客，而教育工作者就是領航員。但對許多家庭來說，登船坡道太陡，地圖令人困惑，引擎也無法滿足他們孩子的獨特需求。.
我的工作有兩個密切相關的角色。.
身為權益維護者，我站在家庭旁邊，確保他們的聲音被聽到，他們的孩子不會被忽視。.
身為戰略家，我會檢視並加強系統本身，從引擎室、導航甲板到燈塔，以確保運作清晰、負責、細心。.
我的工作處於臨床科學與教育策略的交叉點。無論我是將複雜的醫療資料轉換成清晰、可行的 IEP 和 504 計劃，或是找出讓學生退步的機構瓶頸，我的重點都是一樣的：確保渡輪能安全載運每一位乘客。.
因為優秀的教育不僅僅關乎成績。而是要讓學生擁有知識、適應力、生活技能和幸福感，讓他們能自信地邁向未來。.
