如果我们的学校系统是一艘渡轮，那么学生就是乘客，教师是指引航向的领航员，学校及总部的行政人员和工作人员则是保证渡轮顺畅运行的船员。家长和社区成员就像岸边的支持团队，负责在旅程开始前准备和欢迎乘客，旅程结束后给予关怀和支持。学校委员会则如同灯塔和指南针，帮助确定方向，确保航程符合共同的价值观，并监督整个系统履行使命：让每一位学生都能安全、愉快且成功地抵达他们的目的地。
但真正关键的是：一个以公平为核心的教育体系，必须看见每位学生的独特背景，回应其多元而真实的需求。这样的系统不是锦上添花的选择，而是引领这艘渡轮稳健前行的唯一方向——让所有学生在旅程中取得卓越的学术成就、培养健康的身心发展，并为终身成长奠定坚实根基。 每一个 学习者——这不是可选的。这是确保渡轮到达目的地的唯一方法： 让所有学生在旅程中取得卓越的学术成就、培养健康的身心发展，并为终身成长奠定坚实根基。.
即便只有一位乘客被忽视，整段旅程都会受到影响。就像渡轮某个角落出现小洞，海水缓缓涌入，有人却以为坐在看似安全的位置就能安然无恙——但最终，整艘船都将陷入险境。正因如此，我们必须携手同行，以共同的责任和深切的关怀，支持每一位学生，踏实走好旅程中的每一步。
