如果我们的学校系统是一艘渡轮，那么学生就是乘客，教师是指引航向的领航员，学校及总部的行政人员和工作人员则是保证渡轮顺畅运行的船员。家长和社区成员就像岸边的支持团队，负责在旅程开始前准备和欢迎乘客，旅程结束后给予关怀和支持。学校委员会则如同灯塔和指南针，帮助确定方向，确保航程符合共同的价值观，并监督整个系统履行使命：让每一位学生都能安全、愉快且成功地抵达他们的目的地。
